Which of these do I actually need?
Start with the symptom, not the part. Water on the floor, a smell, a gurgle, a cold shower or a bill that jumped all point to different groups below. If water is running where it should not, close the main shut-off first and go straight to after-hours plumbing help.
A slow drain in one fixture is a branch line, so drain cleaning fits. Several fixtures backing up at once, or water coming up the basement floor drain, means the main line, and that is main sewer line cleaning with a camera check afterward.
Water heaters split into repair and replacement because the work and the price band differ. A tank under eight or nine years old with a bad element, thermostat or gas valve is usually worth fixing; a leaking tank never is. If you are replacing anyway, compare tankless and heat pump options before you decide.
Not sure? Call and describe what you see and hear. We answer around the clock and will tell you which job it sounds like before anyone drives over.

6 services
Emergency & leak repair
Burst and frozen lines, hidden leaks, slab leaks and the outdoor faucets that split in the first hard freeze. These are the calls that cannot wait for Monday, and in a Colorado Springs January they come in bunches.
The order of work is always the same: stop the water, find the real source with a meter, acoustic or thermal test, then repair the smallest section that fixes it.

9 services
Drains, sewer & inspections
Kitchen and bath clogs, main line backups, hydro jetting, sewer camera scopes and sewer line repair or replacement, including trenchless methods when the yard or driveway is in the way.
Colorado Springs Utilities leaves the wastewater line from the house to its main with the owner, so a camera inspection before you spend money is the most useful step in this group.

8 services
Water heaters & boilers
Tank, tankless and heat pump water heaters, recirculation pumps and hot water boilers. At about 6,035 feet, gas burner setup and venting matter more than the brochure suggests.
We repair what is worth repairing and tell you plainly when a tank has reached the end.

10 services
Fixtures & remodels
Faucets, sinks, toilets, disposals, shower valves, tubs and showers, appliance water lines and the rough-in plumbing behind kitchen, bath and basement remodels.
Small jobs here are where most homes first meet a plumber, so the pages are practical: what fails, what we replace and what you can safely do yourself.

11 services
Water lines, gas & backflow
Repiping, main water line repair and replacement, pressure reducing valves, main shut-offs, freeze protection, gas lines, backflow testing and commercial plumbing.
City code makes the line from the right-of-way to the house the owner's job, and the frost line in El Paso County sits 30 inches down, so buried water lines get dug and bedded with both in mind.

6 services
Water treatment, pumps & wells
Water softeners, whole-house filtration, reverse osmosis, sump and ejector pumps and private well systems.
City water here is soft, so softeners mostly belong on wells and harder supplies like Pueblo; filtration and reverse osmosis answer taste and water quality questions about what comes out of the tap.

Questions about our services
Go by what you can see or hear. One slow drain is drain cleaning; several fixtures backing up is the main sewer line; no hot water is water heater repair. If it is not obvious, call and describe it. We answer 24/7 and will tell you which job it sounds like.
Yes. Restaurants, offices, retail restrooms and rental properties are covered on our commercial plumbing page, including grease lines and annual backflow tests.
Yes. We install new gas lines for ranges, dryers, fireplaces, grills and generators, and repair leaking fittings and damaged lines, with a pressure test after every gas job.
Yes. Well pumps, pressure tanks, pressure switches and the treatment equipment that goes with a well are part of our work in Black Forest, Falcon and the rest of the county.
Septic tank pumping, radon mitigation and water damage drying are separate trades, so we do not offer them. Ask when you call and we will tell you honestly whether the job is ours.
