Before you call about a leak
Close the main water shut-off if water is running, switch off power to an electric water heater if it is leaking, and move anything valuable out of the way. Not sure where the shut-off is? The steps for each home type are on our homepage, or stay on the line and we will talk you through it.
FAQ
Calling us
Call (719) 618-9710. A person answers 24 hours a day. We do not use contact forms, so the phone is the one way in.
Your address, what you see or hear, when it started, and whether the water is shut off. A photo is useful once the plumber is on the way.
Yes. The phones are answered every day of the year.
If our schedule is full or an emergency needs help faster than we can get there, we may pass your call to another trusted local plumber so you are not left waiting.
